This material uses highly conductive carbon cloth (nano-scale carbon fiber woven substrate, fiber diameter 5–10 µm) as the framework, with nano-scale hard carbon particles (particle size 10–50 nm) uniformly loaded on the surface, forming a dense composite structure. The carbon cloth provides high conductivity (conductivity >10³ S/m), excellent mechanical strength (tensile strength >2 GPa), and three-dimensional porous support, while the hard carbon contributes high specific capacity (theoretical value 300–500 mAh/g) and stable lithium/sodium insertion sites. The composite material is flexible and bendable, lightweight (density 0.5–1.2 g/cm³), and stable over a wide temperature range (-30°C to 300°C). When used as an electrode material for lithium/sodium-ion batteries, it significantly enhances rate performance and cycle life (>2000 cycles). It is suitable for new energy storage and flexible electronic devices, meeting the combined requirements of high conductivity and high lithium storage capacity.
