This material is a three-dimensional porous foam structure, composed of nanoscale graphene layers combined with hard carbon particles, with a porosity of over 90% and a specific surface area of 500–1500 m²/g. Graphene provides high electrical conductivity (conductivity >10⁴ S/m) and excellent mechanical support, while hard carbon offers high specific capacity (theoretical value 300–500 mAh/g) and structural stability. Overall, it features lightweight properties (density 0.2–0.5 g/cm³), high thermal conductivity (lateral thermal conductivity >100 W/(m·K)), and high-temperature resistance (stable below 500°C). When used as an electrode material in lithium/sodium-ion batteries, it can enhance rate performance and cycle life; as a supercapacitor electrode, it balances high energy density and power density. It is suitable for new energy storage, flexible electronic devices, and efficient thermal management applications, meeting the combined requirements of high conductivity, high specific capacity, and structural stability.
