LLZTO electrolyte submicron powder is a submicron powder material of tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconate, belonging to the garnet-type oxides. It is a high-performance core electrolyte material for all-solid-state lithium batteries, with a particle size of less than 500 nm. Tantalum doping can stabilize this phase, ensuring ionic conductivity. It exhibits excellent ionic conductivity at room temperature, has a wide electrochemical stability window, can match high-voltage cathode materials, and is chemically stable with lithium metal, reducing the risk of lithium dendrites. It has strong thermal stability, suitable for high-temperature sintering processes; it is highly chemically inert, does not react with most common solid and liquid electrolytes, and its non-flammable solid-state structure significantly reduces the risk of battery thermal runaway.
