Gold nanorod (GNR) product description:


      Professionally supply 10nm, 20nm and 40nm diameter gold nanorod products, which can meet the needs of users for different purposes such as photothermal conversion, biological imaging or optical signal amplification. The longitudinal plasmon resonance wavelength of the gold nanorods can cover the spectral range from 550 nanometers to 850 nanometers, and the error of the peak wavelength is plus or minus 5 nanometers. The above gold nanorod series products all use deionized water as the solvent, and the CTAB content of the co-solvent does not exceed 0.1%. The product has a high degree of stability in water and can be evenly dispersed for several months without sedimentation.


 


Gold nanorod (GNR) volume and content


 Since gold nanorods have strong optical extinction characteristics in the visible and near-infrared spectral range, the optical density of gold nanorod solutions can be easily measured by using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (optical density is defined as the optical path of 1 cm of the solution. Extinction). Therefore, the optical density can be used as a simple and accurate standard for determining the concentration of gold nanorod solution.
