TiO₂ anatase-type nano titanium dioxide (0.5~1.0 μm) belongs to the tetragonal crystal system of nanomaterials, with a particle size range of 0.5~1.0 microns (i.e., 500~1000 nanometers). It is a micron-sized particle (not traditional nano-sized <100 nm) but retains the anatase crystal structure. It has a relatively high specific surface area (10~30 m²/g), good dispersibility, and a stable anatase crystal form. The crystal structure is composed of closely packed oxygen ions with titanium ions in octahedral coordination, and the surface contains a certain amount of unsaturated coordination sites. Its appearance is white to slightly yellow powder (or uniformly dispersed solution), exhibiting high chemical stability (acid and alkali resistance), non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness. Compared with traditional nano-sized anatase (<100 nm), anatase TiO₂ in this particle size range focuses more on balanced photocatalytic activity, stronger UV blocking capability, and better processing applicability. It is suitable for functional material fields that require high particle dispersibility and good processing flowability.
