It is prepared using advanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD), liquid-phase exfoliation, or redox processes, and undergoes meticulous purification, achieving a carbon purity of up to 99% (metal impurities <0.01 wt%). The material has a high degree of structural integrity, low defect density, exhibits the typical two-dimensional crystal structure characteristics of graphene, has moderate surface activity, and good dispersibility. It is suitable for a wide range of high-end functional materials, advanced electronic devices, and high-performance composite materials.
