Advanced Materials | Through engineered dual-targeted nanoadapters, shorten and enhance the cancer-immune cycle
QQ Academic Group: 1092348845

Detailed

A dual-targeting nano-adaptor nanotechnology was designed to enhance the cancer immune cycle (CIC). By leveraging the multimodality and programmability of this platform, engineered nanomedicine accomplished the CIC through the five key steps within the framework. The derived bispecific antibodies further amplified the CIC by enhancing intercellular interactions. Their combination can trigger a powerful anti-tumor immune response, effectively eliminating existing tumors and inhibiting metastasis. This research was published in Advanced Materials under the title "Close and Enhance the Cancer-Immunity Cycle by Engineered Dual-Targeted Nano-Adaptors".
