Process: Beike high temperature vapour phase etching process
Characteristics: The traditional liquid-phase method of Nb2C-Cl MXene etching is difficult and long etching rate is low, the gas-phase method because there is no moisture between the layers after high-temperature annealing can be stable and maintain high activity.
Process details: multi-layer organ-shaped MXene material, Beike unique gas-phase etching completed without any liquid-phase etching can maintain high stability and antioxidant properties, air stability is very good, air six months without significant attenuation can be provided in a single batch of 50kg grade supply.
Application areas: energy storage, catalysis, analytical chemistry, mechanics, adsorption, biology, microelectronics, sensors, etc. Size process can be customised to a minimum of 50nm (the scale can be achieved in a single layer of monodisperse) gas-phase method of MXene performance compared to the liquid-phase method of better stability of the nanosheets are virtually free of a large number of defects in the liquid-phase etching.
