The water-soluble CdTe/CdSe/ZnS quantum dot products produced by Suzhou Beike Nano Co., Ltd. are core/shell/shell fluorescent nanomaterials with CdTe as the core, CdSe and ZnS as the shell, and the surface is wrapped by hydrophilic ligands. The quantum yield is 70%. It is especially pointed out that this product still has a quantum yield of more than 40% in the near-infrared band. It should be stored away from direct sunlight and stored in a sealed dark place at 4 degrees. It can be customized for customers. 620nm ~ Products with different grams at any wavelength of 820nm. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, broad absorption spectrum, symmetrical emission spectrum, high and stable fluorescence intensity.
