This fragment sorting kit is suitable for rapid sorting and recovery of DNA fragment sizes in the construction of high-throughput sequencing libraries (NGS). Disperse directly in the binding buffer, adjust the volume ratio of the magnetic bead suspension to the sample, and choose the left, right, or double-sided DNA fragments. The purified fragment does not contain contaminants such as nucleotides, primer dimers, linkers, enzymes, and salts. It is a next-generation sequencing workflow that provides an efficient magnetic bead-based purification system. It is a large-scale, high-throughput fragment sorting kit specially developed for supporting automated workbenches. It can be applied to almost all automated instruments or manually Perform fragment separation of a small number of samples.


■ Product performance
The eluted DNA is of high purity, the ratio of A260/A280 is between 1.7-1.9, and the ratio of A260/A230 is usually above 2.0. The recovery rate of magnetic beads is high, >90% over 500bp, >80% over 200bp, and >70% over 100bp.


■ Application direction
 Rapid sorting and recovery of DNA fragment size in the construction of high-throughput sequencing library (NGS);
 You can choose the left, right, or double-sided DNA fragments;
 After 1.8 times the volume of the suspension is combined, washed and eluted, it can be used for the purification of PCR and enzyme reaction products.


■ Matters needing attention
1. The magnetic beads are stored in deionized water, freezing, drying and centrifugation may affect the use of magnetic beads;
2. It is normal for the magnetic beads to settle due to gravity. Before use, be sure to fully shake and mix the magnetic beads;
